The LGBTQ Transgender program addresses many of the health needs of the Trans and Gender non-conforming patients at many stages and ages of their transitioning process. We provide care for children and adults such as primary care, hormone replacement therapy and/or puberty blockers, surgical specialty care for gender affirming surgery including plastic surgery, chest/breast “top” surgery, “bottom surgery” and facial feminization surgeries, HIV prevention & treatment, PrEP, screening for sexually transmitted infections, mental health care, health & sexuality education, risk reduction counseling and referral services.
